To ensure we maintain impeccable quality control, we are not able to offer returns. However, we are able to offer an exchange on selected items, of which there must be an issue with the item before an exchange can be offered. Our exchange policy lasts for 10 days, this commences when you receive your items and you will be asked to evidence the fault.
