Shipping will take 5 -25 days depending on your location this does not include custom/clearance delays.

Handling

We aim to dispatch orders between 1-10 days, this varies based on location and item. Please note that there may be delays in items for those who have placed an order outside of the UK. 

Please be informed that the shipping and handling time differ The Handling Time is the number of business days between receiving an order for a product and shipping the product.

 Request to change address

All requests to change address must be made within 24 hours after an order has been placed, an address will not be able to changed after this period.

 Incorrect delivery address information

Failure to input the correct address could result in delays in receiving your order. Customers should ensure the correct information is put in.
